Return & Exchange Policy's

At Antwren, we follow strict quality standards to ensure every product meets our expectations and yours. Please review the return policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The issue is reported within 4 days of delivery
Requests raised after this period will not be eligible for return
A clear unboxing video, recorded from the opening of the sealed package, is mandatory
The video must clearly show the product and the reported issue
Return requests without a valid unboxing video will not be approved

2. Return Pickup & Self-Shipping

Return pickup may not be available in some locations
In such cases, customers must self-ship the product to our official address
Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer
Upon successful quality verification, a store credit of ₹20–₹50 may be issued at Antwren’s discretion

3. Exchange Pickup & Self-Shipping

Exchange pickup may not be available in some locations
In such cases, customers must self-ship the product to our official address
Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer
Replacement shipping charges, if applicable, may be charged separately

4. Quality Check & Approval

All returned items undergo a mandatory quality inspection
Antwren reserves the right to approve or reject a return based on inspection results
Products returned in a used, altered, or damaged condition (not reported at delivery) may be rejected

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene, customization, and quality reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

Used or washed products
Items without original tags or packaging
Size-related issues (please refer to the size chart before ordering)
Customized or made-to-order products
Shorts, boxers, and innerwear

6. Exchange vs Return Clarity (Important)

Right now, customers may assume exchange is possible.

Returns are not applicable for exchange requests unless explicitly approved by Antwren.

7. Condition of Product for Exchange

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
Items failing quality inspection may be rejected

8. One-Time Return Request Clause

Prevents repeated claims on the same order.

Only one return request per order will be accepted. Multiple requests for the same order will not be entertained.

Only one exchange request per order is allowed
Multiple exchange requests for the same order will not be entertained

10. Return Condition During Transit

Protects you if customers send damaged returns.
Add under Quality Check & Approval:

Antwren is not responsible for products damaged during self-shipping return transit.

11. Timeline to Ship Returned Product

Prevents customers from delaying returns indefinitely.
Add under Return Pickup & Self-Shipping:

Approved returns must be shipped within 48 hours of return approval, failing which the request may be cancelled.

12. Final Authority Clause (Legal Strength)

Very important for disputes.

Add near Policy Acceptance:

Antwren’s decision regarding return approval shall be final and binding.

13. Address & Delivery Issues

Returns will not be accepted for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

By placing an order on Antwren, customers acknowledge and agree to this Return Policy and exchange policy
