Antwren – FAQs & Policies
Order & Tracking +
Track your order from the My Orders section once dispatched. You will receive tracking updates via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
Shipping & Delivery +
  • Metro & Tier I cities: 1–4 working days
  • Rest of Bharat: 4–7 working days
Orders are shipped within 4 working days.

Change Shipping Address +
Address changes are allowed only before dispatch. Once the order is dispatched, changes are not possible.
Cancellation Policy +
  • Cancellation allowed only before dispatch
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch
  • You may reject the order at delivery
Refund Policy +
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after quality check approval. Banks may take additional time to reflect the amount.

Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
Return & Exchange Policy +
  • 6 days return policy (eligible products only)
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed with tags intact
  • Unboxing video required for wrong/missing items
  • ₹100 reverse pickup fee per order
  • International orders are not eligible

Sale / Offer items: Only exchange allowed (one time only)

Out-of-Serviceable Pin Codes +
If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers must self-ship via India Speed Post. Courier charges should not exceed ₹300.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders +
COD refunds are issued as store credit within 1–2 working days after return pickup. Store credit can be used anytime.
Size & Fit +
Refer to the size chart on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
Wrong / Damaged Product +
Please share a clear unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed.
Order Delivered but Not Received +
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery status. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
Partial Orders +
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages. Separate tracking details will be shared for each shipment.
Bulk / Wholesale Orders +
Yes, we accept bulk and corporate orders. Contact us via Instagram or Email for pricing and timelines.
Pricing & GST +
All prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
International Shipping +
Currently, international shipping is not available.
Color Disclaimer +
Actual product colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen resolution.
Delivery Delays (Force Majeure) +
Delays caused by weather conditions, strikes, natural calamities, or courier issues are beyond Antwren’s control.
Policy Updates +
Antwren reserves the right to modify or update policies at any time without prior notice.
