Antwren Refund Policy
At Antwren, refunds are processed in a transparent and fair manner, subject to verification and compliance with the policy outlined below.
1. Refund Processing
- Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
2. Discounts, Coupons & Store Credits
- Coupon codes, promotional discounts, and store credit/coins are non-refundable
- Any applied discount or credit value will be deducted from the refund amount
3. Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund
5. Refund Rejection Rights
- Antwren reserves the right to deny refunds if the return does not meet our quality check standards or policy conditions
6. Partial Refunds (Important)
- In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted if the returned product shows signs of use, damage, or missing components not reported at the time of delivery.
7. Processing Delays (Payment Gateway)
- Once a refund is initiated, the time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account depends on the payment provider or bank and is beyond our control.
8. Address / Delivery Issues
- Refunds will not be processed for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
9. Refusal of Delivery (COD Orders)
- If a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is refused at the time of delivery, shipping charges will be deducted before processing any refund or credit.
10. Force Majeure / External Delays (Optional Premium Clause)
- Antwren shall not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or courier service disruptions.
11. Policy Updates Clause (Highly Recommended)
- Antwren reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
12. Adresses related delivery issues
- If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a deduction of ₹50–₹150 will be applied before processing any refund.
13. No Refund” Is Allowed — With Conditions
Indian law allows no refund / partial refund if:
- Hygiene items (innerwear)
- Custom / made-to-order products
- Used / damaged items
14. Shipping Deduction
- This deduction is strictly implemented to prevent misuse or fake orders
- A shipping deduction of ₹70–₹150, depending on the delivery pincode, will be applied to the refund amount.
